SHOE EXCHANGE POLICY

LOVE our shoes? But afraid to splurge as it might not fit?

from today onwards, we will be having a new policy for heels. only applicable for purchase starting today onwards. yes! We know how frustating it is to own a pair but you cant fit! How does it work? See below for more info.



important!

1. Exchange only allowed for heels above rm50 not including postage.
2. No exchange allowed for shoes that are on sale or discounted.
3. Do state the size purchase and exchange.
4. Once we received the returned shoes that is in good condition only will we proceed with the exchange.
5. Buyer will bear postage for delivery bothways. eg: you pay for postage returning the shoes and also 100% postage for us sending back the newly exchanged shoes.
6. The pair of shoes returned must not have whatever markings, dirt, or defects as it was when it was sent out. all plastics, wrappers or receipt must be included.
7. Exchange only subject to the availabity of sizes. We do not restock for any exchanged pair.
8. Exchange only allowed for the exact same pair of shoes, for sizes ONLY and not due to colour or other design.
9. Thekookything has the right to whether to exchange or replace the pair.
10. No refunds available, exchange of sizes only Once per pair of shoes.
11. All exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving goods, if we receive no notification after that period, buyers will not be eligible to made further exchange.
12. All exchange item must be delivered back to us within 5 days upon request made. If no item was receive during this period, any further exchange request will be denied.
